Most clinics charge between $79 and $250 for this testing.  If you are not sure if the ReadingFish program is right for your child, we can administer the test and let you know. The entire testing fee will be credited towards the price of the ReadingFish Home Training program when you order the kit. You will receive separate scores for your student's reading rate, reading accuracy, reading fluency, reading comprehension and vocabulary.

The Reading and Vocabulary diagnostic testing establishes your student's reading level so we can select the correct reading materials to include with the ReadingFish Home Training Kit when you order it. The tests will take about 45 minutes, and we will email a report to you that documents the scores and recommendations.

The tests are administered live, on the Internet. You must have Internet access and a phone available at the same time. (If you use dial-up access you must have two phone lines.) We use the phone for the voice connection. If you have questions about the process, just call and ask away.
